Baltimore Magazine/Baltimore Bride

Looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn individual with a can-do attitude who can take direction and constructive criticism and grow from it. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know all aspects of the magazine publishing industry, both edit design as well as marketing and events.

Candidate will:

- have the opportunity to assist Art Director on numerous photo shoots for our Bride and Home publications.

- have the opportunity to design/layout a wide range of printed material from magazine and event promotional materials to edit pages in our Special Editions.

- assist with image research.

- need to be proficient with Creative Suite, specifically Indesign.

- must be available 2-4 days per week for 4 hours each day.

This is an unpaid internship with tremendous experience potential. Ideally, this person will start with us for the summer and stay through the fall. This will allow them to help with Bride issue through summer photo shoots as well as actual production of the magazine in the Fall.
