Special Events and Volunteerism Intern Job Description (undergraduate and graduate students)
Time required: 6-8 hours per week
Skills required: good phone etiquette, detail-oriented, savvy with excel and word.
One of our goals here at United Way of Central Maryland is to promote volunteerism that creates community impact. Interns will help achieve our goal by assisting in a variety of projects including updating the Volunteer Guide and agency contact list, helping to promote volunteer needs from our impact partners, and helping with UWCM signature volunteer events.
