Loyola Clinical Centers Marketing & Communications Internship Interested in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations? Loyola's office of marketing and communications is responsible for managing and executing the brand of Loyola University Maryland, which includes: strategic marketing and communications, advertising, design and creative execution, media planning, internal communication, public and media relations, crisis communications, and Web design and communication. We have an opening for a marketing internship in the Loyola Clinical Centers (LCC), located at Belvedere Square, 5911 York Road, Baltimore, Md. 21212. The Loyola Clinical Centers provides treatment for people experiencing difficulties in the areas of psychology, pastoral counseling, literacy, hearing, speech, and language, as well as training and research opportunities for Loyola graduate students in these disciplines. Under the direction of the University’s assistant vice president for marketing and communications and the director for institutional communications, the LCC marketing intern will get hands-on experience in many aspects of marketing and communications, while on site at the LCC. The LCC marketing intern assists with a variety of projects related to the LCC’s marketing goals and initiatives. This person will work on the development of creative content for the LCC's website and social media platforms, which include blogs, videos, news, events, student and faculty profiles, and more. He/she will also compose messages about upcoming events, write news releases, conduct research, and work on marketing and advertising campaigns ranging from print, electronic, and broadcast. This is a great opportunity for students who want to go into marketing, advertising, event planning, public relations, or related fields. Loyola's LCC marketing internship will allow the student to develop valuable skills and build his or her portfolio. Transportation will be required. Eligible students may receive college credit.
